Description of actual services provided:
- To build capacity of LUMAMA Board Members in governance, accountability, board duties and their functions.
- To develop Staff, Committee and Board Members’ skills in preparation of financial management, handling and interpretation of financial statements
- To support the overall institutional capacity to meet the demands of operating at greater scale, especially in the areas of information management systems, internal audit and assets liability management
