  1. To build capacity of LUMAMA Board Members in governance, accountability, board duties and their functions. 
  2. To develop Staff, Committee and Board Members’ skills in preparation of financial management, handling and interpretation of financial statements
  3. To support the overall institutional capacity to meet the demands of operating at greater scale, especially in the areas of information management systems, internal audit and assets liability management
