EDC, being a professional institution, maintains a lean staff at its office in Dar es Salaam. It has instead developed a highly effective marketing and delivery network that covers virtually the whole of Tanzania.
From the outset, EDC embarked on institutional capacity building so as to deliver the services to as many Tanzanian business people as possible. The training of its consultants is a multi layered and continuous process. To date EDC is linked to more than 60 active consultants countrywide.
The consultants are responsible for mobilizing clients, training, counseling and maintaining a close contact with EDC consultants.
